After applying twisted and cabled process to the BCF intermingled yarns, they are exposed to heating process again. Thus, the yarn gains more resistance against physical conditions and it gains a nice dotted appearance on carpet.
It’s an often used kind of yarn, that is chosen for hygiene and health reasons on area carpets and wall to wall carpets.
In comparison to acrylic and wool yarns, it does not raise dust and it is easier to clean. It does not shelter bacteria in itself and burns on very high degrees.
It is produced twisted and cabled between 1000-3000 dtex as BCF intermingled yarns. |
