It’s a kind of yarn, that is produced from PP material at the end of dosing, extrusion and cooling processes with high BCF technology, that can be produced non-dyed or dyed. It is processed intermingled with high pressured air for keeping the filaments from dispensing while weaving and when yarn is transformed into carpet, it releases itself.
Our standard production is available between 1000-3000 dtex and 50,100,120, 140,160,180 filaments. Different number of filaments can be produced in respect to customer demand.
Intermingled yarns are generally used in area carpet weaving, wall to wall carpet weaving, car upholstery and dormats. |
